It's those belly laughs, those eye crinkles, those teeny tiny toes and spontaneous cuddles.
It’s the little in between moments that you’re usually so busy living, there’s hardly time to catch them.

IS THERE A PERFECT TIME TO HAVE FAMILY PHOTOS?
So many people feel they need to wait to have photos once their home is decorated or they have a more 'photo ready body' - trust me I know how you feel. But what I've noticed is that while we're waiting for the 'perfect time', children grow up and before we know it those little mannerisms and moments are gone. I'm all about real family homes full of life. Yes, even if it looks like a toddler tornado has hit it!
Your home right now is the hub of your family life, where you nurture these little lives and have all the fun and hardest moments too. I want you to have photos that you'll look back on in 20 years time and remember the good stuff - the precious, fun, crazy, comical, tender times when your kids were at home.
WHAT A SHOOT LOOKS LIKE
I love to take lots of natural, documentary style images - together we will design a few activities based on what you love doing as a family. I have a questionnaire to help you think through some ideas. Usually this will start at home, whether that is playtime, trampoline antics or making a cake together. For babies and pre-walking children, the whole of the shoot will take place at home.
If your little ones have a lot of energy, and the weather is good, it can be a fun to head out for an adventure either in the garden or to one of your favourite places where you spend time as a family - your favourite park, a walk in the woods or a ramble through the countryside.
I always suggest allowing 2 hours in your schedule, this allows plenty of unhurried time and takes into account any feeds or mini-meltdowns. The chances are it will be between 1 - 2 hours.
In between documentary photos, I'll bring you all together a few times to grab some photos of you all together as a family. We'll have a couple of opportunities for this just in case any little people don't want to play ball.
After the shoot you can expect to receive your edited images within 3 weeks. You can look through them in the comfort of your own home with a cup of tea. The photos will make a lovely set, telling a little story and snapshot of your day together. They will be ready to view in an online gallery, from there you can purchase your package of digital images and prints. You can see the variety of packages to choose from on the family pricing page. You will have one week to decide what you'd like and make your purchase via the gallery.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Most clients Clients, who want all digital images from the shoot, spend £675 on their family photography.
This is made up of a booking fee of £150 and purchasing the 'Oak' package with all the digital images for £525. This package also comes with 3 fine art prints and a downloadable slideshow.
Instead of the 'Oak' package there is the option to choose smaller packages of 15 digital images or 35 digital images. Or larger packages which contain albums and/or bespoke framed prints.
